In this episode I help Kateryna release shame, guilt, body issues, and problems around food. In order to stop the generational patterns from being passed down one generation after another we must understand our limitations and belief systms. This is critical in pregnancy and motherhood because everything you think and feel will program your child in the womb. Kateryna understands this and has committed to publicly show her journey of awakening and her process of becoming pregnant so that other women can learn how to clear themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually before conception. This will not only change Kateryna’s life, but it will also ultimately affect her children and their destiny. This week our focus was on body image, self-esteem, and food. In this episode Kateryna was asked to look into personal issues she has around the appearance of her body and relationship with eating. She was asked to fill out a questionnaire, which didn’t seem concerning, until a situation at work occurred making her feel insecure and guilty. We worked through these emotions and spoke about how to improve her diet.
